Bill: Ministry of Finance Budget Proposal of February 4149
Details
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill proposes to change the allocation of funds in the budget. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.
Voting deadline: October 4149
Description[?]:
The Ministry of Finance proposes to adjust the government's spending budget to reflect the current programs needing funds in our government. The cuts proposed to Health and Social Services as well as to Education and Culture are necessary as the amounts were established for programs that no longer exist. These agencies are comfortably funded and have surpluses to last for decades. The cut proposed to Infrastructure and Transport is in response to the hundreds of billions we injected into completely modernizing our economy and infrastructure. We have less to update and immediately maintain. |
