Luthori is a thriving and vibrant country, as such we attract a great deal of migrants. Those who pack up their lives and come to join us here in our great nation, who have children, should know that their children will become nationals and enjoy all of the benefits of being a Luthori national. Let's grant nationality to all of the people born in our great nation. |

| Message | Mr. Speaker, this is insane that at any point Luthori rejected immigrants, we must work toward opening the Empire back up. As Luthori is so great, we simply can not reject sharing it. After all, our standard of living is high and our laws are in the sweet spot to work for every person in Terra.... Basically, we as a nation can and are ripe for immigration. I yield.
