Bill: Possible Compromise Solution to Head of State Crisis
Details
Submitted by[?]: Patriotic Party of Baltusia
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: February 4150
Description[?]:
A possible solution to the crisis in Aldegar has been proposed. It involves some flexibility on our behalf but i believe certain parties in Aldegar would agree to this. Let me know what you think by voting YES if you agree or NO if you do not. Article 1: The Shah, within Aldegar, is free to use the title he claims i.e King of Baltusia. It is not to be used externally, in official documents or when the Shah goes overseas. Article 2: Baltusia acknowledges the right of its people to choose the shah to become Head of State in the future if they so wish (i.e if they vote for monarchist party's that then vote to change the constitution). Article 3: Both sides agree that the status quo this establishes is to be upheld and no further claims are to be made unless either the Shah decides to cease using this title or Baltusia chooses to name him as Head of State. Article 4: With agreement on all the above diplomatic relations are restored between the two nations. Also, let me know if you think it needs any changes - this is in raw draft form President Mason |
