We have no enemies, we have no problems with other nations, so I do not see a reason to go on with intelligence on them. It is a waste of money and time.

MessageGive us undeniable, solid and visible proof that there AREN'T any. You're basing you assumption on the fact that we do not have a lot of role playing when it comes to how we deal with other nations. Just because the threat isn't obvious doesn't mean it isn't there.

MessageDEP, the problem with this sort of regulation and your statement to ratify it, is that it has the philosophy of "dealing with problems when they become actual problems". Well it could be to late then, so I'm in favour of "better to prevent then to solve".

MessageWell, the proof to show there aren't any is not visible RWE. Because if there are no threats, none can be visible.
The NCC makes a better point, though I still think it's a waste of money, time and effort. We should show trust to the other nations, not spy them.
