Message | DEP, the problem with this sort of regulation and your statement to ratify it, is that it has the philosophy of "dealing with problems when they become actual problems". Well it could be to late then, so I'm in favour of "better to prevent then to solve". |

Message | Well, the proof to show there aren't any is not visible RWE. Because if there are no threats, none can be visible. The NCC makes a better point, though I still think it's a waste of money, time and effort. We should show trust to the other nations, not spy them. |
