Bill: Sexual Content Act II

Details

Submitted by[?]: Yingdala Progressive-Republicans

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: September 4152

Description[?]:

This bill acknowledges the advances made both in streaming content control through services like Webflix and Rainforest Prime as well as the inherent limitations of the state to control the content available through searches on the Internet.

This bill would allow media content providers to decide on the sexual content appropriate for viewing audiences and rely on market mechanisms to guide parents in making informed decisions about the accessibility of content appropriate for their children.
