Mr. Speaker Wile we prefer the old draft laws, seeing how this Assembly is in favor of forced military service, we wish to at least provide a civilian option for those that don't want to or feel that they are not destined for military service. We wish to give our citizens more choice and freedom in their decision regarding our new policy of forced conscription. |
