| Message | Members of Congress, I cannot stress how important this treaty is to Baltusia's future prosperity. There are many exciting economic plans in the pipeline and this treaty will ensure the very best trade deals between our nations. The defensive pact also helps us to safeguard our future as we will have the protection of one of the largest military powers in Terra and a Security Council member. I hope you can ratify it.
