Considering that: * The confederal government should make sure that local governments should not become a nude anarchy; * Childs should not be exposed to people's genitals; * Private locations can be used if one desires to be nude outdoors. Calling upon the government to make public nudity illegal, but private nudist colonies and beaches are permitted. |
