| Message | Mr speaker, Those who can afford healthcare should be prepared to make a contribution to a health service when it's needed. The government already pays a substantial amount of people money for healthcare if they can't do it themselves. It isn't as if our current system isn't fair, because it is. A Public Health Service in this nation will be a disaster as drunks and druggies will line the wards and fill the beds, while people who need help won't get it. I garuntee that there will be trouble when nationalisation takes place. I don't think we can afford to give away our services to people who don't have a clue? Because I don't think so.
