Description[?]:

OOC: What Follows are my proposed culture protocols, if you have any changes please feel free to post them. I am aware that the AP had requested something but I am sorry I forgot what it was.

IC: In recent years Dundorf has had more immigration and assimilation making it a more culturally mixed nation, however the population is still mostly made of Dundorfians. The political scene has also become less polarised then it used to be and centrist parties are starting to succeed more than Far Left or Far Right parties. For part of its history it was under the control of a monarch but for the main part it has been a Republic, with an elected Head of State and Head of Governmnet.

Dundorf is also home to the Confessional Ameliorate Church of Dundorf, a Protestant church and the first Ameliorate Church in the world. Despite this, for long periods Dundorf has been under communist and socialist rule (as the Dundorfische Demokratische Republik, modelled on East Germany) which has resulted in a fiercely secular population with many people choosing not to be religious. Indeed, many Dundorfians choose to worship their leaders or the state instead of a religion.

In the past the political scene in Dundorf was very polarised, with three bloody civil wars breaking out between supporters of the Far-Left and Far-Right, however in recent years the politics have become more moderate with centrist and closer to centre parties succeeding.

Ethnicity:

• 82% Dundorfian (OOC:Germans)
• 7% Darnussien (OOC: Dutch)
• 4% Canrillaise (OOC: French)
• 3% Luthorian (OOC: English, Scottish, Irish, Welsh)
• 1% Badaran/ Majatran (OOC: Arabs)
• 1% Kalikalis (OOC: Indians)
• 0.5% Hutorian (Canadians)
• 0.5% Likatonian (Americans)
• 1% Other Minorities*

*Including: Duntrekker (OOC: Africans), Ibutho-Hawa (OOC: Zulu), Hobrazians (OOC: Georgians), and several others

Skin Colour:
• 60% White
• 40% Black
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Language:

The official state language in Dundorf is Dundorfian (OOC: German) and a very large percentage of the population speak it as a first or second language. However many other minority languages are also spoken. The following is a record of the percentage of the population that speak each language, so for example if someone speaks both Majartan and Dundorfian they would contribute to both sets of data, so the numbers may not add up to 100% as a fairly large percentage of the population is bi-lingual.

• 96% Dundorfian (OOC: German)
• 8% Darnussien (OOC: Dutch)
• 6% Canrillaise (OOC: French)
• 3% Luthorian (OOC: English, Scottish, Irish, Welsh, Canadian, American ect..)
• 1% Badaran/ Majatran (OOC: Arabic)
• 1% Kalikalis (OOC: Indian)
• 1% Other Minority languages

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Religion:

The Dundorfian people were fiercely secular and have a history of being irreligious, however in recent years the popularity of religion has increased. Those that are religious are primarily Hosian and followers of the Confessional Ameliorate Church of Dundorf or to a lesser extent, the Aurorian Patriarchal Church, although the Badarans/Majatrans are strong believers of Queranzariah, while the Ibutho-Hawu and Hobrazian migrants also brought with them their own religious beliefs. The following is a record of the followings of each religion.

• 37% Hosians (OOC:Christians)
------20% Aurorians (OOC:Catholics)
------80% Luthorans (OOC: Protestants)
• 2% Queranzariah (OOC: Islams)
• 1% IESS [Inkolo Esintsundu Sizwe Syncretism] (OOC: Reformed Zulu Religion with Pan African Influences)
• 60% No Religion

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
OOC: RP Guidelines:
• The names of political parties should be in Dundorfian (German)
• The primary ethnicity of Dundorf is Dundorfian (German), thus many character names should be Germanic.
• You are also encouraged to include some characters with names from the other ethnicities present in Dundorf (For Example French, British or Indian or any of the other minorities influenced names)

Thanks, fine with me, except for the religion part.

The No Religion percentage dropped from 60% to 50 %. I would say it stays at 60%. Even under other coalitions without socialists religion was banned.

MessageThese are culture protocls, it does not mean you cannot play with luthorian character (although you should really be using german characters) but these protocols are similar to our current ones in fact I believe these have more luthorians than the previous ones.

Random fact: When your party holds the foreign affairs department, you can create new treaties. However, before writing anything new, it is a good idea to search for existing treaties which already accomplish what you desire.
