Bill: Local Religion Act 4156

Details

Submitted by[?]: Patriotic Party of Baltusia

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: December 4156

Description[?]:

The governors of Albiland and Athosia have approached me to say that they are going to propose local laws to have Hosianism recognised as the official religion within their two states.

They have also asked if Congress will devolve further laws to them to decide on religious matters based on their local perspective.

Thank you,

Xander Fisk

MessageJust to clarify, the local governors simply want the devolved power to decide for themselves - it does not necessarily mean they will vote to set penalties for blasphemy or set taxes on religion. It will be for the local governments to decide.
