INTRODUCTION
Introduced in May 4156 by His Majesty's Government, through the Helseministeriet, in order to ensure that pharmaceuticals and necessary screenings and treatments are broadly affordable for all Kazulian citizens, subjects, and residents.

ARTICLE I: COVERAGE OF PHARMACEUTICAL COSTS
The National Health System shall subsidize between ten and thirty percent of pharmaceutical costs for all citizens, including medications for both chronic and non-chronic diseases and ailments of all types, excluding common over-the-counter drugs such as cough medications, certain ointments, and so forth. Citizens judged to be low income by the Helseministeriet under Article 5 of P.I 4145 - Public Housing Operation and Administration Act (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=499257), or those receiving child benefit shall be deemed eligible for fully subsidized pharmaceuticals, as well as those living exclusively on pension payments.

ARTICLE II: CANCER, HEART DISEASE, AND CHRONIC ILLNESS TREATMENTS
The National Health System shall subsidize up to 40% of cost for Cancer, Heart Disease, and Chronic Condition treatments, determining the amount of subsidy available based on cost of treatment and the income of the recipient. Citizens judged to be low income by the Helseministeriet under Article 5 of P.I 4145 - Public Housing Operation and Administration Act (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=499257), or those receiving child benefit shall be deemed eligible for fully subsidized treatments.

ARTICLE III: AGE AND REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH RELATED SERVICES AND TREATMENTS
Routine procedures, such as colonoscopies, prostate examinations, mammograms, and urological and gynecological treatments shall be eligible for full subsidy for all persons, due to their routine nature and practicional necessity.
