Current: There are regional courts that have jurisdiction over questions of regional law and national courts that have jurisdiction over questions of national law.

I also have to point out that there was a governmential financial waste in past when court power was in hands of the President. We want to make sure that the budged is used an effective way. Still, we have had no answer or explanation of how the Minister of Justice wishes to build a new system.
