This act has been proposed by the more left wing-Social Liberal MP Mrs.Katrina Weber. Good Evening,This is a Private Members Bill to control the Surge of Housing rent in cities like Zerlin,Albrunn etc.,as I am an MP representing Albrunn. It is necessary for me to propose a provision for negotiations between Tenants and Landowners regarding the rent charged. This could help control the exorbitant rise of rents in Cities."Rents have surged by 40% in Albrunn in the past year"says the Der Unabhangigen Newspaper. Therefore I request the Honoured members of my party and also other parties to support this bill.
