I have recently spoke with BAITI's Director of Counter-Intelligence Jondan Quinze. It appears that all though BAITI is doing well at detecting and tracing threats, the ability to get details on them is sadly subpar. I therefore propose an expansion of BAITI, specifically counter-intelligence.
