Congress shall vote upon a candidate proposed by the President and Commander in Chief to be the Baltusian Ambassador to either Seat C or E to the Security Council in the World Congress. The proposed candidate will be selected for the whole term if voted in (OOC: 1 month). A new candidate can be proposed (OOC: Around 3-5 days) before the Security Council elections by the President at the time. For the proposed candidate to be approved into their role, Congress must vote in favour by a simple 50% majority.
