| Message | Mr. Speaker, The Socialist Party of Baltusia once commented, correctly, that if/when we cut acess to abortions, back-alley abortions would increase. I believe I have found a way to cut down back-alley abortions and still protect life. This funding will be used to expand sex-ed in schools to include the dangers and risk of back-alley abortions.
