Message | while we do accept that this measure does extend federal government power, isn't it the job to protect the people? because of this law we've seen terrible STDs ravage across this nation creating a Public Health crisis. |

Message | Any bestiality ban would be very ineffective, as sexual intercourse is not, and has never been, something that can be effectively regulated. We believe that it would be better for the citizen to be able to conduct such activity openly, with access to government resources as to how to avoid STDs, rather than do it secretly, which would increase their risks. However, we acknowledge that there are some portions of the country which such activity disproportionately affect, which may lead to a health crisis. As such, we are willing to compromise - localize these laws, and allow the local communities to dictate whether they believe a ban is necessary. |

Message | If the Neo-liberals can give us one reason why or how bestiality benefits our nation or our people we would be willing to make such a compromise |
Date | 09:34:22, January 30, 2017 CET | From | NLP | To | Debating the Animal Rights Act |
Message | What we are saying is that while bestiality is not something we endorse, it would be better to have resources available to those who conduct the activity than to have them do it in secret. |
