Bill: Retirement Age Reform Act 4158

Details

Submitted by[?]: Fortschrittsvereinigung

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: December 4158

Description[?]:

We believe with youth unemployment and the older generations being forced to work longer than they want to, that it would make a lot of sense to reduce the retirement age. As such we propose phasing in lower ages, starting with dropping the retirement age from 65 to 64. Especially with many pensions in our country being private and not a burden of the state, this reform in our mind seems more than fair enough.

MessageMr Speaker,

This proposal would not force people into using public pensions and paying more into them; plus many people do not want to work into old age!

MessageMr. Dorn,

Yes yes of course we know that your party would like to see the retirement age shrinked to 15 years....

MessageWhat? Why doesn't the KU let the people retire and not labor to build their evangelist churches and corporations! Why should a person work all their lives, even if we get a deficit, what the people want is more important than internal affairs!

MessageMr. LAP...

My party stands for secularism, and I do not praise any religion more than other. The average life expectancy in our country is more than 84 years now. And the retirement age is 65 which is clearly not the whole life of any average individual.
