Message | Michele Scialoja, Leader of PSLI: "we support this bill, especially the curfew policies (I propose that in case of emergency the Government launch a vote to approve the curfew, but, given the state of emergency, it will be just a confirmation of an act already established - an Emergency Decree). But I have some perplexity about the last article: I think that everyone could understand how a DNA record for who already did a crime could aid enormously the security forces, but we understand also that this could be an unacceptable invasion of the privacy. And furthermore, I want support Democrazia Istaliana which seems the only party of the right which seems have something inside the head!" (OOC: I hope that when all the Government parties will give you the response - support or not - you will add the P.d.l. or D.d.l., thank you) |

Random fact: "Treaty-locking", or ratifiying treaties that completely or nearly completely forbid any proposals to change laws, is not allowed. Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation. |
