MessageMr. Luk Gorky,

this tax cut for corporations will reduce state income budget by LOD 550 million. Maybe even less as it will have good impact on our economy.

After new budged was approved and implemented our economy did improved and now our budget is in surplus of LOD 2.4 billion.

This give us opportunity to low corporation tax.

There might be tax cuts on essential goods (we would like to lower it at least on 9%) and luxury (if our budget will be still in surplus it will be lowered as well) goods sale tax as well in future. But that will be done after this tax cut is implemented and we will be able to review our budget.

MessageMr. Speaker,

The new budget did not improve our economy. Having a budget surplus does not mean that "the economy" was improved. The Finance Minister doesn't know the difference between finances and the economy. Our GDP was above 300 billion LOD before the change in taxes and the budget, and now it is about 295 billion LOD.

MessageMr. Aden Fowler,

yes the new budget did improve our economy. When the new budget was constructed it was planned and calculated with surplus of some LOD 250 million. But because of income tax cuts people was able to afford to buy more goods. So state income increase because of greater tax collection of essential and luxury goods. and it did increased in about LOD 2.25 billion. A signifficant improvement.

So yes our economy did improve because people of Lodamun was able to spend much more and buy much more products made in Lodamun by Lodamese inddustry. GDP is not the only economical sign sir! Of course GDP droped a little. The national budged was reduced by LOD 20 billion. Which also shows how big waste in national budged we had under your government!
