Description[?]:

Mr Speaker,

To bring prosperity to our great island it is of utmost importance to have a stable, cheap and sustainable energy producton to power our industry. Therefor we want to make a great investment into building modern nuclear reactors in Vorona.

We propose:
- A 15 year plan to build 3 thorium reactors that will double our energy output, with accompanying expansion of energy delivery and storage systems.
- That high-level nuclear engineers are invited to Vorona to help modernize our own education, as well as directly help with the construction of the energy system.
- That an effort is made to prospect for the necessary fuel in Vorona, and if we find it, develop a plan to start extracting it.
- That the government contracts with promising entrepreneurs both in Vorona and from abroad to make this become reality.
- That the government direct an additional 4 billion telar to the Energy Department for this purpose.
- That the remaining start-up capital will be supplied by a loan from the soon-to-set-up Crownland Bank.

We realize that this will add significantly to our already big national debt, but we believe that this investment will help our economic development pick up speed and allow us to quickly pay down our debt in the near future.

Signed,
Theodor Dumitrescu, Minister of Infrastructure and Transport (PT)
Bastiano Tamburo, Minister of Trade and Industry (PT)
Cataldo Lubrano, Minister of Science and Technology (PT)

Random fact: Cabinet ministers who disagree seriously with the head of government would usually be expected to resign. Parties within the cabinet may attempt to manoeuvre to replace the head of government though, for example by proposing a new cabinet bill or voting for an early election.
