Bill: Gun Restrictions Act 4165
Details
Submitted by[?]: Baltusian Democratic Green Party (BDGP)
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: February 4166
Description[?]:
I don't see how if you don't need a gun for your profession why it's necessary for you to buy it. And to those who say self defence, you're effectively saying the authorities are useless and can't protect you! Guns promote violence, so let's keep it out of the hands of those who don't need it. BDGP Chairwoman Elyse Wood |

Message | Miss Wood, we agree with the point about linking gun and violence, but simply banning gun will create a new kind of violence. We believe violence exist because of our poor education system. We need to change our education system. |

Message | It is my view that everyone should have the right to bear arms. However, I must say the number of left wing terror attacks that are taking place is getting out of hand and we should perhaps look at more strict licensing for certain groups of people. Message | Mr speaker. that recent accusation is not acceptable. Terrarokka was recently attacked by an extreme right-wing who hate the state and any kind of regulation, and the only thing Mr.Darvos is capable is to accuse the left-wing of committing these attack in order to strips us from having the rights to bear arms. that is unacceptable and overzealous. Message | Mr Speaker, News reports state that Terrarokka was "attacked" because of the extreme anti-Luthori attitude the local PLCA government has adopted. The PLCA's stance on positive discrimination for minority groups is well established in this house so it would be no surprise to find this kind of subversive practice in their heartland. However, I will concede that civil violence in all its forms is unacceptable and would welcome anyone found to be affiliated with the Freedom for Luthori group to be strictly licensed - alongside anyone who has sympathy for the many left wing terror formations who are carrying out bloody anti-government campaigns. So, I suggest Ms Pinkfields accepts this and helps clamp down on violence instead of trying to trip up people like me over mere semantics. Her obstructive approach is not getting anything done for Baltusia, which is probably why her party is on the slide. Darius Darvos |

Message | Mr speaker. We have information, that the True Real Libertarian are not even Luthorian, but mainly davostanis, we have reports that this organisation is extreme right-wing cult organisation and they are an illegal slavery organisation, We wonder what kind of freedom this group fight for, except freedom to oppress others. ON main occasion, the patriotic party describe us a party of regulation, while we only wish to regulate businesses and limited environnement impact of humanity of the environnement. We do not regulate news, relationship between consensual people and marriage and they know this. Our party does not regulate social lives of peoples. And there is we ask the PPB to name a left-wing terror formation who carry out bloody anti-government campaign, we can't found one, the vampires are vigilantes, not terrorists. The only reason people embark in vigilantism is because the government let frauds, thievery and rape going rampant in Baltusia, in order to justify the power of the army. What we need are police, not an army. I say we must abolish the army. and yes, I said that. Eva Pinkfields |

Message | Well you need to put that rather alarming accusation to the government. Mr President does the government let frauds, thievery and rape take place to encourage vigilantism and to justify a powerful army as Ms Pinkfields asserts? Darius Darvos |
