Message | What's wrong with providing the money? We aren't telling them how to run these institutions, we are providing them with the means by which to do so. They are permitted to have a library that meets their needs, and their museums aren't controlled directly by the government either; we just give monetary grants. |

Message | Because large cities or towns may get disproportionate funding, and many small communities and town may generally not want these establishments. Why should they have to pay for other community libraries they do not use? A local library should be up to the locals. |

Message | AMA opposes this constant hail of dissolution. Culture is just ONE of the things, tht we believe is best protected by acting locally, but THINKING 'globally'. |

Message | We will support this. Culture is best preserved by the communities that create it. |

Message | Removing these federal grants would only strengthen local support for the arts. We must not forget the culture of the individual regions. |

Message | We support. Government should be at the lowest level needed to implement policy. |

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
