| Message | That is inacceptable. Mr Speaker, local government don't have lot of powers, and the national government at only 18% of our PIB cannot deliver police to all states. We believe such a law, means the right-wing parties have already decided that my governor was guilty and it create more vigilantism then before. The police is already underfounded...
