| My beloved subjects, I hereby want to promote building the wall at the Luthorian border that was planned long ago. It will include a 10 meters high wall with border guards patrolling it. We will also need sentry guns. The building process has already started since I iniatiated it by a royal decrete. The parliament only needs to legalize it now. I expect from every good citizens of our nation to support this project. PMs that are disagreeing are inacceptable.
