Message | While in principle we support this bill, the people of Yingdala have made it abundantly clear that they favor an internationalist approach to foreign policy, and that such an approach is very important to the voting decisions of a lot of people in this country. We're nothing if not a pragmatic party, so we'll vote against this bill. |

Message | Foreign Minister Lin Hui agrees with his Liberalist colleague. This measure stands against the will of the Yingdalan people and should be defeated. Internal Affairs Minister Qi has resigned from office effective this morning. |

Random fact: "Treaty-locking", or ratifiying treaties that completely or nearly completely forbid any proposals to change laws, is not allowed. Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation. |
