MessageOOC: I am bringing back Prime Minister's Questions, which we did for a short while a long time ago. It worked out pretty well, and the way it'll work this time is that there will be one bill like this, in debate, per ministry (cabinet), and any party is allowed to ask any question related to any topic to the Prime Minister. Of course, the Prime Minister doesn't have to respond, but that is the equivalent of a negligent government refusing to participate in basic roles of government, and the roleplay should be take that into consideration. I'm hoping I'll be able to continue this practice.

Random fact: "Treaty-locking", or ratifiying treaties that completely or nearly completely forbid any proposals to change laws, is not allowed. Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation.
