Message | We should promote the liberty of free speech in our nation but we should not waste the taxpayers' wages on a publically funded station. If the NPP can offer a reason to why we need such a station, then this bill gains our party's support. As it stands, we can not endorse legislation that is wasteful with our citizen's money. |

Message | The key to a free democracy is to have a plural media. One which isn't controlled only by the rich and not only by the government but instead is formed of a delicate balance between the two. So in fact, taxpayers' money is going towards creating a more free and fair democracy. |

Message | If there was a monopoly, count me in. However, it is a generalization that profiting private media entities are simply projecting a bias opinion about politics. Also, could this public media station be manipulated by you or I to further our political agendas? If your reasoning is that rich citizens in our country have too much power in presenting the news, what separates this variation from a private one? I must add, finally, that we have a deficit of ninety million Talmorian dollars and our nation, with so much potential, is one of the bottom ten countries in the world. We need to be concerned with where our money is going and I think that this bill exemplifies the financial irresponsibility present in our legislature. While you present a good argument, now, in the present state of Talmoria, this bill cannot stand. |

Message | The station cannot be manipulated by the government. It is an entity funded by the government but governed by impartials. |
Date | 14:09:56, March 06, 2017 CET | From | Federalist Labor Party | To | Debating the Media Reform Bill |
Message | And what about its costliness? |
Date | 21:58:51, March 06, 2017 CET | From | National Republic Party (NRP) | To | Debating the Media Reform Bill |
Message | It will be a price worth paying in order to balance our democracy. Furthermore, to satisfy the Labor Party our government will present a budget. |
