| OOC: I would like invite all the players to support this authorization bill to partecipate to an RP which first of all will involve Barmenia, Istalia and Saridan. In Barmenia in fact the D'alyaa Aemoataa http://classic.particracy.net/viewparty.php?partyid=23687 (current government party) indicated in Saridan like a neoliberal party, goes to facing the revolts of the Socialist Phalanx Party http://classic.particracy.net/viewparty.php?partyid=22687 (an extremist party) which currently was (in RP) disbanded and the survivors have found refuge in Beiteynu. Here you can found other info about the situation in Barmenia: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=4293&start=210 Now, Saridan is ready to support the Phalanx and sand aid to the rebels http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=507815 And TheDonaldTPP, players owner of the Komitee van die Nasionale Herstel http://classic.particracy.net/viewparty.php?partyid=28643 proposed me to partecipate. In reality I received request to partecipate in a RP with Barmenia also by the Phalanx and in fact I wrote in the Security Council inviting the ambassador of Barmenia to update the World Congress on the situation: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=6914&p=111977#p111977 Now, Below I pasted you an exchange of messages between me and Castienus, player owner of D'alyaa Aemoataa: - Partito Social Liberale Istaliano - API: OOC: Hi, I saw the message of your ambassador to the security council and soon Saridan will declared to want support the Phalanx party. What do you think to develop this RP? What do you think of a "Siria in saridan", with the Phalax which arrive to take control of some part of the Barmenia (like the sirian rebels) and your government will demand an external support, like air bombings or foreign forces in support to cut the supply of aid to the Phalanx and also on the field to fight it. And then you can conclude the RP with a ceasefire and the organization of a conference to reach an agreement, and then a government of national unity. - D'alyaa Aemoataa: Sure. - Partito Social Liberale Istaliano - API: OOC: Perfect! So, given the fact that Istalia brought the problems in Barmenia to the security council and that currently Istalia have a major role in Majatra, what do you think to start to coordinate an RP between Istalia, Saridan and Barmenia? First of all we will make pass the RP authorization bill (2/3 of the players and 50%+1 of the vote) in each nations. Then, Saridan can start to supply aid to the Phalanx (at the begin in very secret way, then, the Phalanx could arise in revolt and take some territory (one region or part of two regions). Also the armed forces of barmenia will be split and so, your Government will run to the World Congress to ask aid demanding officialy that a multinational force will be send in aid of your Government and my nation will be respond immediatly and will be the main nation to lead the multinational mission. In the meanwhile we will introduce again sanctions against Saridan and will be organize a blockade into the Southern Ocean to stop the supply of aid to the Phalanx. And then... we can act for some time in the civil war and at least, with all the barmenian forces very weakened we will can procede with a ceasefire and then with the conference. What do you think? This is a proposal, feel free to propose changement and other evolution. ***************************************** I Informed also TheDonaldTPP (Komitee van die Nasionale Herstel) of this messages and also him agreed with the RP. I preparate this bill to authorize istalia to partecipate to this RP. You can read in the messages that for the country this will mean send military forces in Barmenia in support of the current government (maybe leading a multinational force) and establish a naval blockade in Barmenia to stop all the supplies from Saridan (and maybe also tightened patrols into the Southern Ocean). This RP will not involve the internal politics or the relations between the parties, but if someone want create also an internal opposition to the multinational mission, maybe DI with NS and maybe Verdi, is welcome, good material for the RP.
