Bill: Return to God Bill

Details

Submitted by[?]: Konservativ Monarkistpartiet

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 2184

Description[?]:

The Church has always provided for the multitudes. Up until the creation of Kazulia there was no welfare state in our nation, the Church provided schools and health facilities, it is crazy to now attack the church despite its past benefits to our community.

So we support an implementation of more liberal policies with regards to the Church. It shouldn't be attacked by the athiest state in the manner it has been. We should strive to reduce the role of the state in peoples lives, not increase its role. This bill goes someway to giving people a choice in their own affairs.

MessageYou want to change only who rule the citizens: from a non ideologized state to a church that can become fundamentalists. This is not our way.

MessageA non-ideologized state? A government that only includes two parties that have exactly the same views? A government that seeks to impose regulations on anything and everything, a government that has clearly put across its own agenda, regardless of whether or not it is a good thing, how is that non-ideologized? On the other hand, no political party controls any religion, so the citizens are ruled by more liberal people.

MessageIt seems that people vote for us, in order to change how precedent state was. Then, we had the right to do it.

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play".
