Meritocracy is a fuction fit for our modern and traditional society, but we have to realise that it is fundmentlly flawed. We have to ensure that in order for meritocracy to flourish, oppurtunitiy is provided to all those less fortuanate regardless of class, gender or ethnicity. If we want a market for tommorow , we have to act today. So I propoese that we motivate those of a lower income to be a success in our meritocracy. |

Old value:: The government subsidizes tuition only for students from families classified as low-income or poor.
Current: The government subsidizes tuition only for students from families classified as low-income or poor.
Proposed: The government introduces means tested loans for higher education tuition, to be paid back by students after earnings reach a certain amount.
