| Democratic Reform Act of 4178 For the betterment of our nation, for our people and for our families. I hereby propose this legislation to the assembly of Davostag to finally end the nations tyranny, corruption and authoritarianism. Article 1 1. National average wage is determined by Davosags Minister of Finance, 2. All ministers and members of the legislative assembly will receive the national average wage, Article 2 1. Employees of the legislature are defined as paid members appinted by any government or political figure, 2. All employees of the legislature must sign a political independence contract, 3. Any employee of the legislature found openly supporting any legal or illegal political faction within or outside Davostag are grounds for removal, Article 3 1. Any mayorial election must be held democratically according to the customs of the municipal or regional governments, 2. Any person, in accordance with national and regional legistation, are permitted to vote in any munpical or regional election, |
