Message | Death penalty is a violation of civil rights: you're taking away the right to live. Also, article 2's current value is perfectly fine. We oppose. |
Date | 17:02:40, March 12, 2017 CET | From | People's Party (PP) | To | Debating the Police, prison, death penalty |
Message | I think that Article 1 and 2 are a good steap. Art 1. national courts will have time to deal with important things, while the regional courts will do the "less" important or severe offenses. Article 2: Those crimes are severe crimes , the most severe things, so death is a reasonable penalty for them. Article 3: it is good, that if they have (reasonable grounds to suspect ) that a crime was commited, that they search the house. But only if they have REASONABLE grounds. So we think that this is a steap in the right way. |

Message | The Independent Party (IP): read carefully : The death penalty is NOT applied, EXCEPT for terrorism, treason and crimes against mankind. Only the most severe crimes carry the death penalty. |
Date | 17:17:56, March 12, 2017 CET | From | The Independent Party (IP) | To | Debating the Police, prison, death penalty |
Message | Yep, I know. But it would still remove the right to live to a certain group of people. Also, death penalties cost more than to just keep them in prison. But our party likes article 3. |

Message | What is inhuman? To kill terrorists that have killed many people. I don't call it inhuman, but correct. |
Date | 17:14:17, March 15, 2017 CET | From | The Independent Party (IP) | To | Debating the Police, prison, death penalty |
Message | You're are still taking lives away from people that have been brainwashed and wouldn't have wanted to commit the crime in the first place. |
Date | 17:33:15, March 15, 2017 CET | From | People's Party (PP) | To | Debating the Police, prison, death penalty |
Message | It does not matter to me if they were brainwashed, they commited crime (serius), and the only penalty for that is death with NO exceptions |
