Description[?]:

Preamble:- According to statistics from the Department for Highway and Roads Administration of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, each year, around 300 people are killed in road-related fatalities. This bill will authorize the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport to develop a "Safe Transportation" plan to eliminate road-related fatalities within the period of five years.

Article 1: Redesigned Highways
*The Infrastructure and Transport Ministry has implement 2+1 road design ( consisting of two lanes in one direction and one lane in the other, alternating every few kilometres, and separated usually with a steel cable barrier) on motorway throughout the country, might it be existing roads or roads to be constructed in the future.

Article 2: Redesigned Intersections
*The Infrastructure and Transport Ministry has implement an intersection crosswalk (that temporarily stops all vehicular traffic, thereby allowing pedestrians to cross an intersection in every direction, including diagonally, at the same time) within intersections across the country.

Article 3: Lowered Speed Limits.
*The Infrastructure and Transport Ministry has implement lowered speed limits in the following areas:- Locations with possible conflicts between pedestrians and cars: 30 km/h (20 mph), Intersections with possible side impacts between cars: 50 km/h (30 mph), Roads with possible frontal impacts between cars: 70 km/h (45 mph) and Roads with no possibility of a side impact or frontal impact: 100 km/h (60 mph)

Article 4: Enforcement
*The Infrastructure and Transport Ministry shall work closely with the various law enforcement agencies on enforcing the speed limits previously established and shall pursue the necessary course of action needed to counter the clout of road-related fatalities.

*Upon passing this legislation will be sent into effect, immediately the Infrastructure and Transport Ministry will begin working on implementing the measures as mentioned previously.
