Message | While the freedom of assembly is a noble right, we believe that in cases where assemblages pose a potential risk to public safety, the police is right to disperse that group. We hope the police use peaceful means, but where public safety is directly threatened, the police should reserve the right to use more forceful techniques. For these reasons, we oppose this bill. |
