| Art. 1. On passing of this bill with constitutional majority, all parties gaining a simple majority in a certain prefeitura when general elections occur will be considered the ruling party of the same prefeitura and will be allowed to nominate a Governor to be used for RP purposes. Art. 2. A Governor may not hold executive power in the Cabinet but is allowed to be a member of the States-General. Art. 3. The gubernatorial election will supposed to have been held at the same time as the general election; the term of office begins and ends at this date. |

| Message | OOC. It's a bit late for changes, as voting has already started, but "States-General" seems to be a leftover from the Mordusian bill, as that seems to be the name they used for their parliament back then. Ours is called National Assembly or Assembléia Nacional. |
