This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Message | Six out of Thirteen positions from one party. Remind me how this isn't a dictatorship? We rejected the previous proposal as the New Democrats gave themselves considerable power, but the majority was left with a minority. It seems silly at this point not to allow an even distribution as we have few parties. |

| Message | A government's purpose should be to serve the people and to govern as they were given a mandate to govern. I won the presidency, and together, my party and the SP have received a mandate from the people of Kalistan as we combined hold a majority in this assembly. The first cabinet aimed to recognize that mandate, while also providing some ministries to the opposition parties as a gesture of cooperation. If there are fundamental disagreements in policy between parties governing together, and if those parties individually make up a large share of the government's ministries, governing becomes impossible. The Emblem Party does not have a majority, even if combined with the CLP. |
