| It should be obvious that a competitive market provides a better good at a lower cost than a monopoly market. We can already ensure that the poor recieve healthcare by paying for it, so why not improve our healthcare by establishing it on a market level on the supply side? This lets us have the advantages of both access for the poor and quality for everyone, as well as lower prices, since hospitals competing with each other will have more of an incentive to try to lower their costs. |

Current: Health care is entirely public and free; private clinics are banned.
