Mr Speaker, the government should not decide based on which criteria businesses choose to select their employees. Given that amount of discrimination that minority citizens had to endure throughout the last few years, it is of particular importance to encourage their re-integration into the workplace, which will be encouraged by lifting the ban on favoring minority applicants.
