Message | We believe the current government policy is authoritarian and unnecessary. This current policy is just as extreme, but in the other direction. For the sake of law and order, citizens must have a way to identify themselves. |
Date | 03:59:08, March 28, 2017 CET | From | National Salvation Front of Aldegār | To | Debating the Recovery of Identity Act |
Message | An inelegant solution to a tyrannical system. Ideally, we would have voluntary identity cards, but we live in a world that is from ideals. |
Date | 04:18:17, March 28, 2017 CET | From | Holy Order of Yazdān | To | Debating the Recovery of Identity Act |
Message | If you revoke the authority to present identification, how will we be able to prove who's a legal citizen, and who's a foreigner? There are other ways to decrease government spending, without risking nation security. |
Date | 04:25:07, March 28, 2017 CET | From | Democratic Liberal Alliance | To | Debating the Recovery of Identity Act |
Message | We have an exceptionally well-funded intelligence agency, as well as numerous other methods of identifying citizens - from birth certificates and passports to dental records and school attendance notes. Removing this wasteful and extremely expensive policy will only serve to strengthen our economy. |
