rticle I Membership ----------------------------------------------------------------- 1.) This bill shall found the Noble Order of the Patricians 2.) All members of this order shall hold the title, Most Distinguished Patrician of the Commonwealth of Rutania 3.) Membership in the Order shall only be granted by the Peoples Assembly 3.1) Membership in the Order shall only be conferred by a majority vote in the Peoples Assembly 4.) Membership shall be reserved for Heads of State and distinguished members of the Rutanian Government. 5.) The title of Patrician shall not be allowed to pass on to another upon death. Article II Privileges of the Order ------------------------------------------------------------------ 1.) All Patricians in the Order shall be granted special "Observer Status" in the Peoples Assembly. They shall be allowed to be present and seated but not allowed to vote on legislative matters unless they also hold an elected seat in the legislature. 2.) All Patricians in the Order shall be given access to all classified Intelligence Briefings from the Intelligence Agency of the Commonwealth 3.) All Patricians in the Order shall be given access to all classified information from the Ministry of Defense 4.) Patricians shall maintain the right to be exempted from all income taxes. Subsection A- The initial members of the order shall be : President Lucas Gill of Conservative party Prime Minister Adam King of the Rutania Party Former prime minister William Carmichael of the Conservative Party Foreign Secretary Thomas Barron of the Whig Party |
