Proposal[?] to change Civil defence is the government's policy on providing shelters to be used in the event of attacks on major cities, mainly nuclear attacks and bombing.

However since Ms. Ferguson belongs to the Society of Brethern we can not support this bill since their is no clause to allow constieous obejctors to perform civil service in lieu of military service. |
