Description[?]:
Mr.Speaker, This bill specifies our economic positions and our manifesto before the coming elections (on Economic issues)it is high time that our party develop as a truely big tent party,Some of the articles in This bill will not make the socialist wing of our party feel great but it is high time that we follow a third way policy This bill aims to reduce Corporate Taxes which could stimulate investment, and we believe that the Government must cut funds to the defence department to fund this tax cut.We need a Defence Sector Budget cut as there is another reason for it,There are private alternatives to the existing public defence industries and the government can slightly disinvest some of the money And about the second article,We believe that DWCs can be effective and could create new jobs if they are properly encouraged and regulated therefore we propose to encourage them through Subsidies and Tax exemptions And regarding the third article,we don't believe that the government should regulate the exchange rates therefore we have proposed Liberalising it I hope that all parties would support this bill. Thank you, Anita Singh, Leader of the SPD |
