I am using my Presidential power to declare a temporary state of emergency until this bill grants a full state of emergency. I ask that a 3-6 month state of emergency is implemented.

The assassin has been arrested. With this now done I shall tender my resignation to the president. At a time like this the nation needs trust and unity, something that doesn't exist in the cabinet. The President and his party assured us they wouldn't seek to diminish the nobility rights and voted in favour of doing so anyway.

Random fact: Moderation reserves the discretion to declare RP laws invalid if the players supporting them are doing so in an excessively confrontational way.

Random quote: "Those who are responsible for the national security must be the sole judges of what the national security requires. It would be obviously undesirable that such matters should be made the subject of evidence in a court of law or otherwise discussed in public." - Unattributed member of the the House of Lords on the removal of trade union rights
