Description[?]:

(1) All minor citizens of the Federal Union of Gaduridos must be guaranteed access to a (non-specfic) Gaduridan educational institution,
(i) A Gaduridan educational institution being defined as any educational institution that has the either the approval of the government of the Federal Union of Gaduridos or the government of the Federal State in which the educational institution resides,
(ii) Minor citizens being determined by the constitutional laws currently in place,

(2) To require a Federal budget of no less than 350 billion GAD to be allocated to the Federal Ministry of Education and Culture,

(3) To require a Federal budget of no less than 160 billion GAD to be allocated to the Federal Ministry of Science and Technology,

(4) Therefore meaning that no Federal State may enact nor enforce any law that violates article (1).

(5) This constitutional amendment will be passed with a 2/3rds majority, and may only be changed or abolished with a 2/3rds majority.
