Message | We think that you should ammend the Article 5 regarding ' All religious income, despite the use, is taxed.' It is against the Rights Of Religions...Religion is a matter of faith and should not be taxed.....Other than that, it is reasonable.... Therefore, we object the Article 5 but support the rest of the articles...Unless you change the proposal to ' No religion is taxed' |
Date | 16:30:50, April 02, 2017 CET | From | Peoples Party | To | Debating the Bill |
Message | Article 1 is acceptable. And we could accept the age of adulthood being either 16 or 17. Maturity at 17 is significantly more than 15, in general. Other than Articles I and a changed III, we oppose the others. Religion, as an idea, should be free. Taxing it would bring religion into government, which we do not want. In regards to national service: The Peoples Party has always been in favor of giving back to Kalistan. Respectfully, Evan Genesis PP Spokesman |

Message | Of course we cannot support this relentless and inexplicably singleminded assault on the National Service Program, which will remain in tact regardless of this bill anyway. We thought we went through this already a couple of years ago, but it seems that people just can't stop attacking that program which is the cornerstone of Kalistan's National economy... But hey. Our Party has defended that provision for more than 700 years, so what's one little old bill? We'll just repass the National Service Provision again, at some point, and get ready for the next wave of neophyte Parties to rise up against it... |

Message | We would support Article 5, about religious income, if it was in a separate bill. |

Message | This is a much pared down version of this bill, and if it needs SP votes to pass, we will compromise and pass, with our compliments. Frank Bennots- Speaker of the SPoK |
