| WHEREAS the Republic of Dranland has yet to form an appropriate and complete national government; KNOWING THAT all of the government ministries and the Office of the Chancellor remain vacant; RECOGNISING the immediate need for a cabinet; BEARING IN MIND the inability to reach a consensus in the Volksversammlung as to whom will compose this cabinet of ministers; BE IT RESOLVED that the Republic of Dranland will form a complete cabinet by January 2185 or the powers of these ministries will be delegated to the Volksversammlung until such a cabinet is formed; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Volksversammlung will pass or defeat using a majority of votes any executive actions proposed by parties within the aforementioned body; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these executive actions, if not able to be formally presented, will be introduced in the form of resolutions and passed only with a simple majority; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any executive actions taken by the Volksversammlung during this time will be subject to immediate consideration and, if mandated by the appropriate minister, repeal when a cabinet is appointed; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any executive actions taken by the Volksversammlung during this time will become binding national law. |
