| (This bill was proposed by Toby Green) As a economic and military superpower we must help the contry that truly need it. Generosity is one of the most important value of the Hutorian People and we must show to rest of the world that we are not just a selfish nation. By giving more money to poor country we not only improve our international relationship we will also make of this world a better place to live. If this bill passsed, the budget allocated to help to poor country will be raised to 4 billions HLR. |
