Article 1: In the National Congress, members shall use proper titles and honorifics

--- Members of Congress shall have the title Congressman/woman, or MC for short.
--- MCs will be addressed as "The Honorable"
--- The Speaker shall be addressed as "Mr/Madame Speaker" in the House. Their formal honorific shall be "The Most Honorable"

Article 2: Civil Officers will be called by their proper titles and honorific, even when they leave their office

--- The President will be addressed as "Mr/Madame President." Their formal honorific shall be "His/Her Excellency."
--- The Vice President will be addressed as "Mr/Madame Vice President." Their formal honorific shall be "His/Her Excellency."
--- Ministers will be addressed as "Minister (Last Name)." Their formal honorific shall be "The Right Honorable."
--- Justices will be addressed as "The Most Honorable."
